The Chemistry Library

From their website:

The Chemistry Library provides information resources and services to the faculty, students and staff in the Chemistry department as well as the entire Indiana University community. It houses more than 200 major chemistry journals, 15,000 books, and 2,500 reference titles. In addition, the library subscribes to hundreds of electronic journals of interest to chemists.

The Chemistry Library has long been an early adopter of new information technology. It was the first unit on the IU campus to have a photocopy machine and also the first to have a CD-ROM player. In 1985, the Chemistry Library was one of the first in the world to offer the Chemical Abstracts Service Academic Program that permits low-cost searching of the CAS ONLINE files, which later became SciFinder Scholar. The SciFinder Scholar database provides current subscriptions to all of the American Chemical Society Web journals and electronic versions of other chemistry journals - including backfiles of most of them. The Cambridge Structural Database is also provided by the Chemistry Library.
